Kaiser Permanente

While I was at Kaiser Permanente (KP), I reviewed our current processes and designed a new set of process improvement tools, which I presented at a major regional conference for KP program and project managers. I have a special interest in process efficiency and productivity optimization. 

While I was at Lumetra, I was in charge of a project that examined healthcare providers' communication preferences. I am fascinated with using marketing and communication strategies to deepen target audience engagement. This tip sheet is a high-level summary of my research report. 

While I was a volunteer at Taproot Foundation, I was the Project Manager as part of a team that helped create the branding strategy and key messages for Kids' Turn. I have a special interest in supporting non-profit organizations that focus on helping our society's most vulnerable members.
