About Me

I move fluidly between the worlds of finance and real estate with experience in financial analysis, budget creation, event planning, estate planning, investment guidance, marketing, project management, process improvement, program management, and proposal management. I have strong communication and presentation skills and was selected as a panelist at the 2024 California Association of Community Managers Law Seminar and the 2024 Habitat for Humanity International Conference. I also have experience with residential, commercial, condominiums, mixed-use, market-rate, senior housing, LIHTC (Tax Credit Section 42), and the Section 8 Program. 

I am an experienced real estate, finance, insurance, and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing, editing, copywriting, communication, project management, sales, account management, insurance sales and financial analysis and reporting. My curiosity has led me to exciting jobs in financial services, the travel industry, early childhood education, health care, management consulting, nonprofits, and real estate.

When I'm not chasing my career dreams, I'm chasing solar eclipses from Oregon (August 2017) to Chile (July 2019) and Indiana (April 2024), kayaking, blogging, biking, hiking, exploring museums, and frolicking with my two frisky and comical guinea pigs.
